Bradleys Solicitors have been in Frimley since 1991 and Hayward Parker Solicitors were established in Sandhurst in 1986 and both firms have built up a large and loyal Client following during that time.   The combination of the firms in September 2008 enabled the best of both firms for all our Clients.

Our Clients stay with us over the years and we often act for the whole family. New Clients come to us all the time by “word of mouth”.

We have limited the range of legal services that we offer to enable us to assist Clients quickly and with a personal service.

Our fees are designed to give a good personal service at a reasonable price – we aim at transparency wherever possible with our fee structures.

Technology has always been close to the heart of Bradleys Hayward Parker – we do not operate a “call centre” type of technology but rather use the software and hardware available to us to enhance the service and speed of delivery to our Clients.

As Conveyancing (both residential and commercial) is a major part of our work,
E-conveyancing is seen by us as an exciting and convenient step into the future.

We have been carrying out all our Property and Company Searches on-line ever since those services have been available – and were one of the first companies to do so.

Direct computer access to the Land Registry from the office enables us to do in seconds what could otherwise take days or weeks with a paper based system.

For a number of years we have been storing documents and information in electronic and digital form which allows anyone within the office to have immediate access to that information – often during telephone conversations with Clients.

In an ageing population we also act for older Clients with their specific needs – Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (for both Health & Welfare and Property & Affairs) and Long Term Care.
