Bradleys Property & Probate Lawyers

Bradleys has been in Frimley since 1991 and has built up a large and loyal client following during this time.

In 2008, Bradleys Solicitors and Hayward Parker Solicitors (est. 1986, Sandhurst) merged, enabling the best of both firms for our range of clients.

In October 2010, we decided to specialise in Property and Probate matters and to be regulated for that work by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).

Our clients place their trust in us to deliver a high quality service, and we never let them down. It’s no surprise that they stay with us over the years, for many of their legal matters.  We often act for 3 generations of clients within a family.

Upholding a reputation for excellence also means that new clients come to us all the time by 'word of mouth'.

We have concentrated the range of legal services that we offer to enable us to assist clients quickly and with a personal service, as well as being able to provide in depth legal advice. Our fees are designed to give a good personal service at a reasonable price - we aim at transparency wherever possible with our fee structures.

Technology has always been close to our hearts - we do not operate a 'call centre' type of technology, but rather use the software and hardware available to us to enhance the service and speed of delivery to our clients.

As Conveyancing (both residential and commercial) is a major part of our work, we use all the electronic means available to enhance the work we do for Clients.

We have been carrying out all our Property and Company Searches online ever since those services have been available, and were one of the first companies to do so.

Direct computer access to the Land Registry from the office enables us to obtain information and carry out in seconds what could otherwise take days or weeks with a paper based system.

For a number of years we have been storing documents and information safely in electronic and digital form, which allows us to have immediate access to that information - often during telephone conversations with clients.

In an ageing population we also act for older clients with their specific needs - Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney for Health & Welfare and Lasting Powers of Attorney for Property & Affairs)

For an efficient service and a team of specialists you can place your trust in, it’s Bradleys.

If you are a client and we have made a contract with you by electronic means you may be entitled to use an EU online dispute resolution service to assist with any contractual dispute you may have with us.  This service can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Our email address is law@bradleys.co.uk.
